In May 2019, the artist spent a month as an artist in residence at Juluwarlu Art Centre in Roebourne. It was a busy time, working with the artists, helping to finalise work for the opening of the Ganalili Centre (the historic Roebourne Hotel which now houses a Yindjibarndi cultural museum, a library and tourist information centre). Alongside this, 40+ small raffia bowls were made - a commission of gifts for participants at a conference in Perth.
